Although our meeting last Christmas was brief, the Hordal family left me with a warm, fuzzy feeling; the kind of feeling that you get when you watch a cheery holiday movie, complete with soft clumps of white snow falling and Bing Crosby crooning "White Christmas". Standing in the doorway of Kevin and Lorelie's home I noticed three things that made me beyond excited to spend some time with their family for their session. The first was the Christmas tree whose base was overflowing with gifts. The second was the excited squeals of the cousins as they chased each other throughout the house. The third was the look on Lorelie's face. It was a look of happiness as she enjoyed her family's togetherness and the joyful noise that came with it. That same joyful noise followed us around the park as they all gathered together again this fall for their family photo session. Despite the cold weather, blustery wind and brief snowfall during their session, this beautiful family had this photographer feeling all warm and fuzzy inside again! Huge thanks to the Hordal family for having me out to photograph them!
